2) Helping clients better understand and find solutions to their problem(s).
3) Exploring past relationships and difficult times to understand their impact on the present.
4) Collaborate with each client to develop an individualized treatment plan that focuses on the client's goals and expectations for therapy.
5) The individual treatment plan focuses on the person's present situation and their unique characteristics and strengths. I take into account physical, social, environmental and emotional stressors, including past experiences.
